Minimum order: 10 ducklings Choose from the following breeds: -Buff -Rouen -Cayuga -Mallard -Fawn & White Runners -Chocolate Runners -Black Runners -Blue Runners -Kahki Campbell -Blue Swedish During the two weeks prior to easter (March 10-19), all natural colored ducks will be $1.10 HIGHER than the regularly quoted prices. Ducks have a tendency to dehydrate during shipping. We recommend the following upon arrival: (1)Provide an abundance of fresh sugar water in shallow water founts, with the water no more than 1/2 inch deep. (2)After about 10-15 minutes, when all the ducklings have had an opportunity to drink, remove all of the water. (3)After 10-15 minutes, without water, return the water and repeat this process 1 or 2 more times and do not let them ever run out of water. Our experience has shown that this process reduces the incidence of water logging, which is the main cause of early duckling mortality. Minimum Total Chick Order: 10 Ducklings (Minimum 5 per breed)* * Although we ducklings in groups of 5, we require a minimum order of 10 ducklings from 1 breed or a combination of 2 breeds max (see "Small Order Specials" department to order fewer than 10 ducklings).
